Kingdom Builders - global - local - future

He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” Mark 16:15

Kingdom Builders at Highland Church is our way of being generously involved in God's mission to spread His love and compassion throughout the world. We see it as both a privilege and a responsibility to generously give of our resources, going beyond the tithe, to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with our local community, across the globe, and among the next generation. Our commitment to generosity is a direct response to the generosity God has shown us. We invite you to join us in the joy of being a Kingdom Builder!

Our Kingdom Builders program embodies our strategic approach to funding missions, outreach, and the development of future Christian leaders. We believe that purposeful living means using our resources to advance God's mission through prayer, generous giving, and active participation. Together, we collaborate with over 20 missionaries, ministries, and organizations dedicated to impactful work among those who need it most. Through your generous support, these ministries are reaching the lost, serving the less fortunate, and positively impacting our world. Kingdom Builders focuses on three key areas: Global missions, expanding local ministries, and empowering the next generation of Christian leaders!

Pray

We believe prayer always precedes a move of God! One of the most significant ways you can contribute to building God's Kingdom is through prayer and intercession. There are over 7,000 unreached people groups, people in need in our own communities, and various injustices worldwide. But as believers, we have the privilege of bringing the light of Christ to the darkest corners of the world! God is actively working, and there is hope! To partner with the Holy Spirit in the amazing work God is doing in our communities and globally, we invite you to become a part of our Kingdom Builders Prayer Team. You'll receive monthly prayer focuses and hear inspiring stories of answered prayers!

Go

God can use each one of our unique talents, skills, vocations and personalities to minister to those all around the world. We want to take the life-changing love of Jesus into every neighborhood. That includes going across to the street and around the world.

Give

As a sender, you're making it financially feasible for missions to happen worldwide. You can do this by supporting missionaries and giving to Kingdom Builders. Sending money means sacrificing some of what you have and choosing to live with less so you can give more. As senders, we ask God to help us steward the resources He has given us with the greatest measure of His wisdom

How do you make a commitment to being a Kingdom Builder?

PLAN

First, make a plan to give. When you have plans and are diligent, it leads to plenty (Proverbs 21:5). God is excited when you have a plan! Whatever the amount is— have the plan in place, work the plan and be obedient to it. Start there.

VISION

Next, ask God to give you a vision for what He could do through you with His help. This is beyond what you can do with your natural income. This requires you to take a step of faith. Additionally, Habakkuk 2:2 tells us to write that vision down and pray about it! God will supply all your needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Stepping out in faith pleases God. When you look at what He has in His hands, it goes to another level!

DREAM

Lastly, what would be a dream amount you could give? Hold on to it. This number is only between you and God. Watch as each step of faith you take, God moves you closer to that dream. God can do exceedingly abundantly more than all we can ask for or imagine (Ephesians 3:20).

Always remember every gift matters to God. It's not the size of the gift but the obedience to God's voice that matters most.

Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” John 20:21

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. Acts 1:8
